Naked Turkey Project

Each student was given the task to dress their "naked" turkey in a disguise to save it from being eaten this Thanksgiving. They all were so creative and they turned out great! Happy Thanksgiving!

Dalton's and Riley's Awesome Beetles

Our mealworms were the first ones to turn into beetles! One of them is named Amy and the other one's name is OSU. Amy is light brown and OSU is dark brown.

Fancy Nancy Day

On Wednesday morning, Ms. Iten greeted us like Fancy Nancy. If you did not know, Fancy Nancy is a very fancy girl in a book we read. We learned a bunch of fancy words. We had to write at least five fancy and fabulous sentences.

You should have seen what Ms. Iten wore. She wore fancy glasses, a boa, a tiara, and fancy jewelry. At the end of the day we had to share some our favorite fancy words. Ms. Iten's favorite word was Ohh la la! It was the best day ever.

The Fire Balls

On November 7, 2008 we did our tribe's presentation without fighting. It was a very fun day and everybody liked our presentation. We worked hard with each other. We had a very cool song and a handshake and our name was the Fire Balls. We tried hard and at the end we all had fun!!!

The Spirit Tribe

We had a great time. All of our hard work showed. It really brought the house down! Everybody showed their best. Too bad there were no explosives!

Brain Glides

On November 7, 2008 our tribe did our presentation. Our tribe's name is the Brain Glides.

Before the presentation we had to practice a lot with the help of Ms. Diane (our religion teacher that stays until Christmas) and Ms. Iten. After all that hard work, all of our parents came to watch us.

First the Rock & Roll Funky Monkeys performed, then us, the Brain Glides, then the Fire Balls, and then the Spirit Tribe. Then the parents left. It was fun!

Everybody was nervous except for Ian, who thinks he is Dalton. It was soooooooooooo fun! We made the parents laugh. We did not know our names. We were funky. We want to thank Ms. Iten and our parents.

Halloween Science

On the 27th - the 30th of October we did a lot of experiments for Halloween Science. We made crystal balls, bubbles, atomic glow worms and a lot of other cool stuff. It was the best!
