I took a break from the blog during the busy holiday season, but I'll start posting again.
Yesterday I went to "Hands-On Science Boot Camp" hosted by Steve Spangler. He is such an inspiring teacher. I am very excited to try out some of the new things I learned! http://www.stevespanglerscience.com/
The workshop was held at the Oklahoma Museum of Science in Oklahoma City. I was really impressed with the new updates to the facility. I had not been there in several years and I noticed several improvements. One new addition is their "Science Live" show. It is very entertaining as well as educational. If you're looking for a family day trip, I recommend the museum! http://www.sciencemuseumok.org/
